Lumino to Support delivery of the QKDSat project

Lumino Technologies, a UK company specialising in free space quantum and optical communications, is to support the delivery of QKDSat Project with the European Space Agency.

The QKDSat mission will provide secure cryptographic key delivery services – known as Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) – to customer sites  around the world for a range of applications, serving private and government sectors where the security and confidentiality of shared information is of critical importance. It is a truly international project, with partners from the United Kingdom, Belgium, Austria, Canada, Czechia, and Switzerland involved.

Lumino Technologies will deliver system engineering services to support project delivery, leveraging its team’s deep expertise and background in satellite quantum secure communications.
